Oooops - You were right. It was activated. I checked it again yesterday
and BoA was activated. I deactivated it and downloaded the update and
when Quicken prompted to open a new account or put in an existing
account, I put the data in the existing account and it all worked out
just fine.

I can't. I only have a BoA credit card; I don't have a checking or
savings account. BoA will only do Web Connect for me. If I had an
account and maintained a minimum balance, then I'd be able to directly
download.
