Does the Quicken 2007 install process delete the legacy household
inventory program, qhi.exe? If it's still there, please take a look and
see if it still runs after upgrading to 2007.

I understand that Intuit is marketing a new stand alone version of
Household inventory and I've read some reviews that say it's really
overkill. I think it's a real shame they deleted this neat little
utility from the new version of Quicken. And, since there's no export
feature, I'm stuck with re-entering all my data by hand. Thanks Don

The Old Quicken Inventory still works and intergrates with Q2007P.
There is better freeware then the old program. Doesn't integrate with
Q.

Thanks for the reply. Guess my information about it being deleted from
Q2007P was wrong. I'm using Q2005P and will probably upgrade later this
year, once the bugs are worked out of Q2007P. This is going to be a
tough year with Windows Vista coming out later this month. I'm not sure
I need all this progress.
