Quicken does provide asset allocation for each account and breaks it
down in various ways which is very nice but I don't see where it
provides such a breakdown for my entire portfolio. Does anyone know if
this is possible?

Thanks

If you mean something akin to cross-referencing data, then, that is
where the reports come in.

Investing-->Portfolio Rebalancer takes all your accounts and securities
asset classes into account when determining how much or each class to add or
delete when doing a rebalancing. This assumes you've set your allocation up
(Investing-->Allocation Guide). Does this help?

To be really comprehensive Quicken would need to include the individual
asset allocations of each mutual fund - which I don't believe it does.
This could be a very complicated matter (for Quicken) if you have very
many mutual funds.

Quicken can download the allocations within each fund or stock. Right
click on the security.
