just a clarification on the Web Connect....
1 - Open Quicken, and let it idle.
2 - Go to your Citi online account.
3 - Initiate the download (option 4)
4 - You can either save it as a file, or apply it to Quicken.
If you choose to apply, it will merely launch Quicken (already running)
and read the downloaded file, just like in a 1-step download.
5 - Sign off the Citi account website.
6 - Continue with your Quicken, just like other downloads.
