I have two separate credit cards with Chase, one personal and one for
business. Every time I attempt to download transactions for my business
card - which has already been set up - Quicken wants to treat it as a
new credit card. The part on the download that says use existing
Quicken account is grayed out and it automatically goes to start a new
account. As a result, I have to delete the old account and start with
the new one. Is there any way to force Quicken to use the old account?

Try turning off online access on your existing business CC account (edit the
account, and deactivate in the Online Services tab).
Delete the 'new' account that Quicken created (be sure to copy/move the
transactions you downloaded first).
Exit Quicken. Re-start Quicken and use the Online Account Services option to
Activate the original account.
