 This is associated with a problem in which "Transactions appear to be
downloading but when one looks at the results there is nothing there."

Please click the "Attached" internet address. Go to "Scenario 2 - Item 3 -
Second dashed line". My question is "where are the attached zip files
located" that must be downloaded to one's desktop?

All attachments in the Intuit forums are found in the header
portion of the post they're attached to, beneath the date/time
(and the "rate this", if present). Note the paper clip icons.
