In 2005 I was granted an Employee Stock Option of 100 shares in the
company where I work, ABC Ltd. The options vest in April 2010.
At that time there were two companies, ABC Ltd and ABC Holdings. ABC
Holdings was simply a holding company that held a controlling stake in
ABC Ltd.

Recently the ABC Ltd was delisted and all the shares were transferred
to ABC Holdings. The result is that I now have a stock option of 100
shares in ABC Holdings.

I'd like to capture all of this in Quicken, but I don't have a clue
how to proceed! Any suggestions?

I'm using Quicken Personal Plus 2007 (Austalian version of Quicken).

Have you tried a Corporate Acquisition transaction?

I realize you're dealing with Options, not shares, but I believe Stock
Split transactions accomodate Options, so I'd give that a try.

Make a backup of your data file first...
