I am trying to diagnose a connectivity problem with Quicken 2006. One thing
they suggest is to go to this link to test your browser encryption level.

Either the website is down, or my browser doesn't have the necessary
encryption level. Can anyone else get to this site?

That site is OK, but the link there is broken, or off-line. Typical for
Intuit, perhaps. My Quicken 2008 DL USA works fine though, also for OSU
(but no news, and much delayed quotes).

I get the same thing you do. When I click the button to "Test" my browser
it can't pull up the web page and I know I have enough security as I have
been using Quicken for years. Chalk it up to something else broken at
Intuit that they won't admit is broken like attachements.
