To give us a chance to help you, please tell us at least a little about your
computer: Make and model (probably not important, but you never know),
operating system (VERY important) - Win9x, WinXP, Vista? 64-bit? How about
your hard drives? New user of Quicken?
Most importantly: Did it work before and then stop? Or has it never
installed properly?
The more you tell us, the better chance we have of helping you solve your
problem. So far, you've told us NOTHING.
