https://quicken.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/quicken.cfg/php/enduser/popup_adp.php?p_req_pass=1&p_sid=f1K-GV8i&p_sid=f1K-GV8i&p_lva=undefined&p_li=undefined&p_faqid=2973&p_created=1129161061&p_sp=undefined
A long URL, so it may have to be copy and pasted a few times, but if it is
googled, a tinyurl may be non functional 5 years from now.
It's not even for the 1618 error code, but rather 1601. It seems that
Quicken hadn't uninstalled all of itself, resulting in a neccessity to
'unregister' itself via the process cited at the above URL.
