Extract all transactions and categories from Quicken?

It looks like I am going back to Quicken after a few years with
Microsoft Money. A question I have is how can I extract the maximum
amount of data from a Quicken data file? I recall that qif export is
limited. How to extract the most data from Quicken, including
brokerage transactions and categories? Or more specifically, which
data can not be extracted?

There is no restriction on QIF file exports; there are some, relatively
minor, restrictions on QIF file imports.

Virtually all transactions and most Lists can be exported for use in
Excel; either by QIF file exports, or by exporting Quicken reports to tab
delimited files.
