Fidelity 401K Downloaded transaction not visible JCMc 01-04-2007

I've been downloading transactions directly to Quicken from Fidelity
Netbenefits site for many years with very few problems. Tonight, however, I
have notice that I have a transaction to accept, I have a little red flag in
my account list indicating there is a transaction to act on, but I can't
see, nor accept any transaction. I'm now using Q2007D, and have been for a
couple months. The "Downloaded Transactions" tab indicates I have (1)
transaction to accept, but, as I stated, there is no transaction in the list
to accept, and clicking "Accept" or "Accept All" does nothing. There is a
notice in red text just above the header labels for the downloaded
transactions that says: "Accept downloaded transactions into the transaction
list", which I do not recall ever seeing before. I do not see any place
where I might follow that instruction, and I know I've never done anything
like this before.

Has anyone seen similar? Does anyone have a recommendation? Otherwise, I'll
just wait over night and do another update to see if it clear up.

Thanks,
Jere

For what it is worth, I tried to download again last night and got an error
suggesting server problems at Fidelity. This morning the download worked
fine, and accurately included a transaction reflecting a year end
reconciliation of my maximum contribution matching funds. So, I am guessing
the original problem was related to a developing server problem at Fidelity,
and is now resolved.

Regards,
Jere
