For what it is worth, I tried to download again last night and got an error
suggesting server problems at Fidelity. This morning the download worked
fine, and accurately included a transaction reflecting a year end
reconciliation of my maximum contribution matching funds. So, I am guessing
the original problem was related to a developing server problem at Fidelity,
and is now resolved.
