Ok I know I should asked this last week but...

I'm expecting a refund from both Fed and State,
and have NOT filed taxes, nor an extension. Will
I be penalized for this?

Ask your accountant. This is a quicken support News Group not a tax support

Please keep your posts "On Topic".

You might be in luck - check out
http://taxes.about.com/od/backtaxes/qt/irs_tax_penalty.htm . Of course,
this isn't an official IRS site, so take all
tax-related opinions unless given to your by a professional (tax attorney or
accountant) with a grain of salt (including any you might read about here,
including mine!)

But as another poster has said, you mightask this in misc.taxes.moderated
instead.
