Fix for problem with Downloading Transactions

Fix for problem with Downloading Transactions nosmo king 01-19-2007

This was posted in another thread. It fixed my problem, so I wanted to
post under a new subject line for others that may having the same
problem. It's too bad the Intuit tech that I worked with in a chat
session couldn't have let me know about this.

Unfortunity most of their solutions require updating to R3, but R3 makes
Quicken crash constantly on my computer.
Had to uninstall Quicken and only upgrade to R2 to get it working.

When that happens to me, I go to: Online-Online Center, then select the
flagged institution and click "Compare to Register" and suddenly the
new transactions appear back under the register.
