 QW08 sometimes decides it's time to become the browser window. It has
a preference for IE7. All this is done without closing Quicken whixch
remains open, but minimized A petty annoyance, but it's the only app
that behaves this way.

Oh, it flickers sometimes too, on One Step Update.
