HSBC not updating

HSBC not updating cowguye 02-28-2007

I've been using QW07 to download HSBC credit card transactions
successfully. Recently, the online updates summary has indicated that
the account was updated successfully, but no transactions were
downloaded. There "are" transactions which are noted on the HSBC
website and can be downloaded properly into Quicken "manually", by
doing the download a file, date-range thing from their online site
etc. It would be convenient to keep this in the one step update
feature, but is not cooperating.

Has anyone else experienced this odd behavior? Suggestions? (De-
activate, then reactivate from within Qucken?)

Are you using Express Web Connect? I can download my savings and
checking accounts from HSBC manually, and EWC is *supposed* to work,
but it isn't. I have R4 of Quicken 2007.

Chuck, manually works well; QW07R4 is sporadic in its automatic
updating. My other accounts update fine from within Quicken.
