How do I VOID a transaction?

So control-V is Paste. Asking the support icon, causes Quicken to suggest about 20 very interesting, but irrelevant issues that I might want to read about. Anybody have a suggestion? Void transaction(s) is about 2/3rds of the way down. This is Q2006 Basic. When I went looking for that functionality (since I've rarely had to use it) it was grayed out on the first transactions I clicked on.
