How do I handle Stock Splits in Quicken?

How do I handle Stock Splits in Quicken? robert.weisberg 12-29-2006

How do you handle stock splits in Quicken. I want to download all my
historucal rades from tdameritrade (last three years) into quicken. A
few of these stocks split. Appreciate any info on doing this.

If indeed you are downloading your historical trades, then I believe the
splits will be included as part of the transactions that you are
downloading, and you won't have to worry about it. I would check the
transactions on your accounts online and see if you see transactions
included indicating such splits. If so, then you'll most likely have them
downloaded as well, just as any other buy/sell/reinvestment transactions
would be.
