The way to do this is to deactivate the account for download,
change the financial institution name, then re-activate the
account for download.

You don't need to migrate all the transactions in order to
retain the original cost basis: use the Quicken "Shares
Transferred Between Accounts" transaction to transfer your
"holdings" to the new account.
[If you had to move all the transactions from one Quicken
account to another, your only choices would be manually (well,
theoretically, you could use copy/paste ... one transaction at a
time), or exporting from the old account to a QIF file and
importing the QIF file to the new account.]
