either of the following should work.
A. Show a transfer of the opening cash from the checking account to the
investment account. Show a Buy for the amount transferred and the
number of units purchased. Resulting cash balance should be zero.
B. Show a BoughtX (Buy with the cash coming from another account). Same
net effect.
