Please log in for more thread options Tivo'ed, thank you for replying. I understand how they're treated
when vested and the tax implications. What I'm trying to figure out
is how do I enter them now in Q?
As I said, Q only recognizes NQ's and ISO's and requires you enter the
# of shares and the exercise price. As you know, there is no exercise
price on restricted stock. So how do I get them into Q along with her
NQ's?
