Well, I tried the above advice. I located a more recent copy of my
data. I restarted Quicken, opened the file, selected it, and the
program automatically converted the data....but when I looked at my
registers, the data is exactly the same!
When I click on "File" in the drop down menu, I can see the file name
and location. So I can verify that I am accessing a different file.
But if the file is different, why is the data in my register exactly
the same, including the balance in the accounts? Why does the program
appear to be not accessing the different file/data? : (
