Importing Web Connect File

Today, Jan 1, 2009, I could not import a web connect file from my bank
on my VISTA system. However, it worked on my XP system. Has anyone
else come across this problem? I am running Quicken 2008 Premier
Release 9.

I had a problem with a Chase download within the last 24 hrs (not sure what
time that was - don't ask). It cleared up soon after. You didn't say
which bank it was.

The bank was HSBC.
