I disagree. If Intuit says they supply quotes in Quicken, then Intuit
needs to supply quotes in Quicken. Otherwise I start talking to my
state's consumer protection department.

Two entities: Comstock and Intuit.

I'd put the onus on Intuit. When we complained loudly here about the quote
and newsservers a few months ago and many of us switched to netstock.exe,
which works very nicely for quote downloads once you set it up, Quicken had
the quotes download fixed in a few days.

If Intuit is going to set up a new system for quote and nes delivery,
that's fine by me. I just fear that a new improved system will cost the
consumer. I don't think that Intuit will spent 6 months of work to set
this up, and just "eat" the costs.

I think this is mistaking correlation for causation; no reason
to believe the one caused the other.

That is correct, I know the difference between causation and correlation.
Thanks for reminding me! However, you don't have to be paranoid to know
for sure that "they" are after you <BIG grin>.
