Today I realized that I have mistakenly purchased Quicken Cash Manager
and need to upgrade to Quicken Home & Business. I clicked on the
"Upgrade to Home & Business" option on the help menu and got a page
saying that there was problem connecting and that the web techs would
be notified. So I tried their support options, first trying a chat
session. I was notified that I was 14th in line and my wait would be
18 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and watched as I came down to be
1st in line and the chat was cancelled before my eyes. So I tried
their 800 number and went for the tech support option, since all the
other options just pointed me to their website where there is no
option to upgrade. When I was finally ringing into the tech support
site I was informed that due to problems with their telephone system
they could not take calls at this time.
What gives?
