I disagree with the first claim and have a clarification to the
second.
Q2006 *will* import qif files to any account type; I posted a
link to how this is done at least once in this group, and fairly
recently at that.
To successfully import qif file transactions into a cash (or
other non-investment account) then cut/paste them into another
account; both Quicken accounts must be non-investment accounts,
and the qif file transactions must be formatted using
non-investment account format rules.
