Microsoft's Small Business Accounting Vs QuickBooks

Can anyone offer some similarities and differences between these two
accounting software?

Also, can Microsoft's Small Business Accounting do complete accouting
work up to Balance Sheet, P & L, etc. like QuickBook does?

How about posting your question in alt.comp.software.financial.quickbooks......

I Apologise for my ignorance but how do I get to
alt.comp.software.financial.quickbooks? I see a few others but do not
see one for QuickBooks.
