Your billpayer may keep a copy of the list; if so, you should be
able to get it with a One Step Update; or barring that, a
"Refresh" of online payees.
To "refresh" online payees, go to the Online Center, hold down
CTRL while clicking "Contact Info", select the billpayer account
in the drop down, check "Online Payees", then click Refresh.
Then click "Update/Send".
If you still don't have online payees, all I can think of is to
revert to a backup that has them.
