I need to move an account from Quicken 2005 from one PC to another.
But I'm having problems.

I exported it to a QIF file first, and then imported the QIF to a cash
account. (I learned this from previous posts) The problem is that
certain transactions are missing after importing, like the transfer to
my credit card account. I don't want to manually enter the missing
transactions. What can I do?

For testing purpose, I created an empty quicken file and imported the
account to a cash account. In this case, all transactions are
imported.

I would appreciate your help.

You must make sure that the transfer "categories" name accounts
that are in the file you are importing to.

(You may also want to try unchecking the option "Special
handling for transfers".)
