I've noticed that none of my MM funds have any kind of performance data.
ie - any kind of return, etc....
Sure the NAV is fixed at $1.00, but the DIVs are shown in the transaction log,
but there is nothing else indicating any kind of baseline return or yield...
Fidelity FDRXX, Vanguard Prime VMMXX

Where applicable I see mm fund values on the Portfolio tab for:
Amount Return, ROI%, Average Annual Return 1,3,5 years. (There
may be more, I stopped looking.) The Investment Performance
report also shows Average Annual Return for mm funds. [Q2005
Deluxe, R6]

when I pull up the Investment Perf report,
and sub-total by security,
I can see the MMF return... 4.xx%

But - on the Portfolio view, with the Holdings & Summary tab -
with the "Value" pulldown,
the Shares = Mkt Value = Cost Basis

and in the "Recent Performance" pulldown,
the Mkt Value is whatever... and the rest of the columns are all zero -

Performance is by lot. If security has a plus sign in front, click on that
and then you ought to see a lot of data.

I think it's more related to semantics...
Since the price is fixed at $1.00 - there is no "gain" in market value -
And since the Divs are re-invested to buy shares,
there must be a "word" I'm looking for that would show the "increase".
I tried the "+" to see the individual lots, but they still show all zeroes
in the Recent Performance and Historic Performance columns.
The only place I've seen any "return" is on the Performance Report.
