Mutual Fund name question

I am in the process of switching over from MS Money and found that I have
two names for the same mutual fund. They were in separate accounts which
were never open at the same time. When I made the first download from my FI
I accidentally assigned the wrong name for the mutual fund. Obviously the
result was to add two entries to subtract the shares from one fund and add
the shares to the other. Thus my questions:

1) How can I re-assign the downlink conversion name so that in the future it
is the correct name?
2) Is it possible to merge the two separate names for the same mutual fund
so the fund has only 1 name?

The other question I have is the 1 step download arrow has been spinning for
the past hour. Checking the status it says that all downloads are complete
but the top line says it is still waiting for something.

Probably the easiest way to accomplish this is to have "Correct Name
fund" do a 1:1 Corporate Acquisition of "Wrong Name Fund".

And, as always, do a BACKUP first.
