Posted by trvlnmny on July 22, 2009, 12:27 pm Please log in for more thread options I am using Q 2007 Deluxe R5 and W XP. I am doing a backup to a CD RW. This seems to work OK. I want to do a subsequent backup to the same CD by overlaying the previous backup. I find that the files in the previous backup are read only and I am unable to overlay them. I am also unable to delete them using Windows Explorer. Why are these files created as Read Only? Is Quicken doing this or is Windows giving me this problem? My reason for using RW CDs is so I can overlay previous backups. Thanks for any and all help.
