I just opened a new 401 K account with Great West Retirement Services.
They are not listed as a provider in account setup so I just told
Quicken to accept that was the provider.
The acct on the Quicken side, on the downloaded transactions tab says:
Your Financial Institution Does not offer online transaction downloads
BUT
They do.
They have a link for an OFX download.
However, when I click it and the file is downloaded an error in Quicken
says:

Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution for
this download. Please try again later.

It has been 2 days and no change.
Any suggestions on what I need to do to make this work?

TIA

Mark

There is no way.

Quicken is right. Your fi does not offer downloads to Quicken.
Quicken will not process OFX files.

Here is what the financial provider's website says:

OFX:         Compatible with Quicken=AE 2004 for Windows and newer versions
and Microsoft=AE Money 2005 and newer versions.
