I have n shares of stock with a brokerage firm.(All the stock is in the
company I work for)

How can I do the following:

* Create an account that continually shows me the current value of that
stock
* Enables me to properly reflect selling the stock where I receive the value
minus the brokerage fees

You want an Investment Account.

Use Investing>Investment Accounts>Add Account and follow the instructions.

As long as you include the stock symbol, Quicken will download the price for
you.

If, however, your definition of 'continually' is real time, then Quicken is not
the program for you.
