I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I started
getting an OL-293-A error when trying to use Quicken Billpay this week
with my Citibank checking account (which had been working fine for a
year or so).
The first suggested fix was to wait a day. That didn't solve it.
Next I tried to work through help information in Quicken, and
deactivated the Billpay account. But that gave me a problem of how
to get it reactivated. I went back and forth a few times between
Citibank and Billpay tech support before the 4th person I talked to at
Citibank said the problem was their system showed me as not enrolled
in Billpay. So I called Billpay again, and tech support told me that
was because they'd been having server problems this week.
So, if you're seeing this OL-293-A, you may be better off waiting a
while rather than trying to fix it. I wish I'd known that -- I'd have
saved a couple of unproductive hours.
