Yes, I am seeing this same problem the past few days in Q2006 Premier.

Tried deleting my Fidelity online account setup in Quicken. When I
went to reenter the information, Fidelity rejected Quicken's request
(according to Quicken).

Glad to hear that Intuit and Fidelity are aware of the problem. Hope
they will get it resolved soon.

Seems they have fixed it. I am now able to retrieve my account
transations from NetBenefits.
