Full Disclosure:

Bob Wang does not work for AT&T, owns no AT&T stock, but does own SPY which
is 1.82% weighted in AT&T.
This topic has absolutely nothing to do with Quicken, except maybe,
switching from dial-up to DSL could speed up One Setup Update.
For that matter, maybe switching from Comcast to DSL could do the same ;-)
