John:

How do I get rid of the "Your last online session was not completed-Do you
want to re-try" pop-up window each time I boot up Quicken P-2005? It also
appears before shut downs.

thanks,

Mike

That is the first choice. You could initiate the download
yourself as well. Failing that:

John:

I have been through all of the obvious choices previously including those
suggested here with no luck. I do get all my downloaded updates correctly
but the pop-up window still appears. My inclination is that the program is
looking for a previous download that has never been completed hence, the
message. Any ideas short of clearing out the pinvault and starting over?

No. Normally a successful download from the fi that caused the
message, clears the message. If that doesn't happen for you, I
can't think of any other option but Deactivating/reActivating.
