I am running XP Pro SP2, Quicken XG 2005

I have been experiencing the same problem. I find that it first
showed up on 18 June 2007.

I did an update today at approximately 2200 PST. Because of the time
zone differential, I show an entry for 19 July. This entry appears to
be correct, but contains only a Price (as would be expected). The
entry for 18 July is out by the 10x factor. The entry for 17 July
appears to be correct. So Intuit's claim from the link above link
appears to be correct. I change the date in the Investing Centre
window to yesterday and get a 24+ hour-old a

I have had one stock, Crossfire Holdings, that I have been having
difficulty with for several months.

I sent a note to Quicken through their web site on 14 July but got
their usual but got their usual "Thank you ... we are unable to
provide individual responses ..." (i.e. don't hold your breath
expecting us to do anything about it). I have called Intuit twice and
they have acknowledged the problem both times but would not give any
time frame for repairing the problem. Interestingly, they did not
refer me to the link above!

Keep at them, folks. They need to know we are getting impatient.

I've a follow up question: After Quicken has erroneously downloaded
quotes for a security, is there any way to force it to get new prices,
other than manually entering them?
