That's ugly. REALLY ugly. That would be a TON of work.
I've disabled/re-enabled accounts for download before & you get a
complete download upon re-enable. Then you have to delete the ones
that are already in the register (6 months worth, IIRC).
I think it would be better to go back to the last backup (that I
already have) & catch the file up.
