If your billpayer keeps that data, then I would think a One Step
Update would syncronize Quicken with the billpayer.
There is a way to more directly try to force a sync, but I don't
know that it will produce better results.
In the Online Center, hold down CTRL while left-clicking
"Contact Info". In the resulting dialog, select your billpay
account, check the "Online Payees" box, click "Refresh", then
"Update/Send".
