Probably nothing.
It's a downloaded value and if Quicken doesn't download it, or
downloads it incorrectly, you can "fix" it.
Intuit recently introduced a new quotes server (which I believe
also downloads things like dividend yield), and I think they
opened a thread in the Quicken forums where users could report
problems with specific securities. You might want to find that
thread and post your problem there.
[I think I also read of others finding incorrect, or missing,
dividend yields.]
