I have a paycheck that gets deposited into my checking account. 401K money
is withdrawn and deposited into my Schwab account about 10 days later. I am
trying to make some changes so my paycheck gets entered with the right
dollar amounts, and Schwab always has the correct cash balance.
Currently, my paycheck has manual transfers to Schwab the day I get my
paycheck. As a result, my Schwab cash balance in quicken always has more
money than Schwab web site indicates.
Is there a better way I can setup my paycheck so it reflects money went to
Schwab, but not have it show up in Quicken until it shows up on Schwab web
site ? Right now I have to delete the entry that downloads from Schwab.
