Hi I work for Accountz.com and some existing UK users of Quicken
(2004) might find Paz (Personal Accountz) a possible alternative here.
Most of the UK financial institutions have refused to collaborate in
the same way as the Americans FI do viz online integration so we do a
much simpler, but cruder, way to import OFX files like this:-

The advantage being that your only need the OFX download of your
statement. The FI does not need to provide (or do) anything else.
Evidently you need to reconcile your own entries by hand like this:-

Paz is *completely* different from Quicken e.g.:-

i.e. everything is an account. There are no special cases. If you want
to make a "category" called "Expenses" then you create an account
called "Expenses" and then dragNdrop accounts into it (making it an
account group).
