I use Q2005 Deluxe, R5 almost every day. I'm not aware of any
recent update (R5 was released in October of 2005).
I have no trouble with One Step Update, nor with Pin Vault
maintenance.
You could try doing individual downloads for each account to see
if one of them is having a problem. "Update Now" from the menu
for the account.
Alternatively, you could try Printing the Pin Vault, then
deleting it and recreating it.
