I can't help, Willi. Cortal Consors is a big German bank, and apparently
a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, one of the world's largest banks. Their
customer service should be able to help you. However, here in the US
Quicken 2000 has long ago been disabled for downloading bank and stock
data. Here in the US, Quicken now has a 3-year lifetime for those
functions.
Quicken 2008 is available in German version

Again, your problem should be solvable by your bank, but it may require
investing in a new version of Quicken.
