 I upgraded to Quicken 2008 Deluxe recently. I just noticed a problem
downloading some transactions I recorded using Webentry. Some of my
transactions' categories I had recorded online were overridden with
what appeared to be memorized transactions. That has never happened
before and I don't recall if I have downloaded Webentry transactions
since upgrading.

Is this is a problem with 2008?
