I am going through some issues with release three. Whenever I upgrade from
release 2 to 3, I experience the same problems over and over again. With
release 3, One Step Update locks up my workstation usually about 70 seconds.
I have examined my performance monitor and the CPU cycles are up to 100%.
The same thing happens upon the actual download. Also some of my bill pay
accounts tell me now that it is too late to send the bill and the next date
is 10/11/2265.

Has anyone else experienced these problems with release 3? I can uninstall
the product and reload with the CD and run fine, so it has to be release
three. I have also tried archiving my data file to last year, but this has
not corrected any problems. I really would like to upgrade, but this is very
frustrating.

Help!!!

I've not experienced any of the things you mentioned. I run quicken on
Windows 98, XP Home and XP pro. So far no issues with release 3 of
2005.
