One of the main reasons I updated to Q07 was seeing information that said you
could set it up for a web connect from one step update. But it turns out
that First Future Credit Union says they won't support doing that because
it's 'insecure'. And ING Direct has a new 'secure' login process that won't
work with Quicken's setup either. So I didn't get the main thing I was
looking for but I must say I do like the home page better and the one step
update in the background so I'm still glad I upgraded.

I currently have four ING Direct accounts that are working fine via one
step update.

When you do a Web Connect with your ING Direct account, Q07 should
"flag" the account for possible one-step update. Go to your ING Direct
account, Select the "Overview" tab, and then click the "Change Online
Services" button.

At that point you should see an "Activate One Step Update" button.
Click it and follow the wizard to set up the account for one step
update.

Good luck!

Have you been registered with the 'new' secure login? I did all the
'activate' but when I get connected up it asks me three of the random
questions. It's faster to just do the web connect with my registered
computer since I don't have to answer all the questions.

Yes, I registered with the upgraded "new" login system before changing
the Q07 accounts to use OSU.

And does it ask you all the security questions each time?
