Dan, it has happened before that an upgrade (rather than just a download
of data, unfortunately often called an OSU for one step update (of
data)) has caused a breakdown of something not totally related to only
Quicken.
However, I do agree that scotty has a different problem, and something
else on his network broke. Without the data you and I asked for, no one
will be able to help him. Even with that data I don't think I can help,
in dutch or english. But others might be able to. Probably in some
networking group.
